She also specializes in residential land development as well as custom home building.

She is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute of Virginia, a designation held by only 12% of realtors in the state.
Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Britt is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where she majored in Business Marketing and minored in Real Estate. She joined the family business in 2008 after spending two years working in the political fundraising field. She is a proud resident and a true product of the community of Alexandria. Together, they enjoy time shopping in the local stores, indulging in the local culinary scene, attending charity events, and visiting the Old Town Farmers Market.
As a member of a military family, Maria has experienced living in several states across the US – but she considers Alexandria her true home. She spent majority of her early years living just off the GW Parkway, and most of her childhood days participating in Fort Hunt sports and at Waynewood Pool.
Maria graduated from Villanova University, where she majored in Communications and became a member of the Villanova Women’s Lacrosse Team for four years.
She joined The Patterson Group in 2013 as a Client Coordinator, before eventually becoming a licensed agent in Virginia.
Joanne is a graduate from the Villanova University, where she received her degree in Finance. Afterwards, she entered a distinguished career as one of the top-grossing National Account Managers for Xerox Corporation.
Before she moved to Alexandria, VA, she became a licensed real estate salesperson in her home state of New York. She joined The Patterson Group as a Realtor in 2014, and is an active member of Wayne Elementary School’s PTA Board as well as a member of the Fort Hunt Athletics coaching staff. She loves participating in community events along with her husband and three children.
A native of Alexandria, Susie joined The Patterson Group in 2016. She is a proud resident of the community, and is a Thomas Edison Eagle as well as a Highland Park Hurricane. She’s a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she double majored in English and Women and Gender Studies. After graduating, she pursued her interest in content writing and marketing.
Susie likes to spend her spare time reading, writing, playing soccer, and discovering new restaurants in the area. She is also a volunteer writer for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
Melissa grew up in Northern Virginia and has been in the sales/hospitality industry for 23 years. She spent five years as a sales manager handling VIP guests at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C., and has brought that “hospitality mentality” with her to the real estate industry. Throughout her career, her main focus has been customer service; as an agent, client satisfaction is her main goal. In her free time, Melissa loves to cook and explore Virginia wineries.
